Browser access on iOS and desktop
If you use an iPhone, iPad, or desktop computer, open your web browser (Safari, Chrome, or Firefox) and navigate to wartel21.app. Sign in or create an account using the same process as Android. Your browser may ask to save your password — we recommend allowing this for convenience, as long as you keep your device physically secure. You can also add wartel21 to your home screen on iOS by tapping Share → Add to Home Screen; this creates a shortcut that launches the mobile web app directly.
Our mobile web version works on any modern browser and is fully responsive. All features — football betting, live-dealer tables, slot games, esports markets, account settings, and withdrawal requests — are available in the browser. You will receive push notifications if you grant permission in your browser settings (this is separate from app notifications).
App versus browser: which should you choose?
The Android APK offers several advantages: it loads faster because it is a native app, it caches game data offline so you can browse your bet history without an internet connection, and push notifications arrive instantly. If you are on Android 7+, we recommend the APK for the best experience. However, the browser version works on any device and requires no installation. If you use iOS, a shared family tablet, or are concerned about storage space, the browser is a solid choice. Both paths connect to the same account, so you can switch between them anytime.
Device compatibility and requirements
Our Android APK requires Android 7.0 or later. Most phones from the last five years meet this threshold. For iOS, our mobile web app works on iOS 12 or newer (iPhone 5s and later). Desktop browsers should be reasonably recent (Chrome 80+, Safari 13+, Firefox 75+). We do not support older versions of Windows Phone, Blackberry, or legacy browsers. If your device is older, you may experience slow loading or missing features. We recommend updating your operating system if possible.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK does not install on Android, first confirm that Unknown Sources is enabled (Settings → Apps & permissions → Special app access → Install unknown apps → find your browser or file manager and toggle on). If you see a certificate warning, this is normal during our first-time deployment; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the download is slow or interrupted, re-download the APK from our website. If the app crashes after installation, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → wartel21 → Storage → Clear Cache) and try again. For persistent issues, contact our support team via your account menu.
On iOS, if the browser does not load wartel21.app, clear your browser's cache and cookies (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If you are on a corporate or school network, local firewalls may block access; try using a mobile data connection instead of WiFi. On desktop, disable any browser extensions or ad blockers temporarily to see if they interfere with wartel21.
Data, permissions, and account security on wartel21
Our app and web version request minimal permissions: camera (for KYC document uploads), microphone (if you choose to enable voice support), location (optional, for geo-targeted match updates), and notification permissions (for deposit and withdrawal alerts). You control each permission individually in your device settings. We do not access your contacts, photos, calendar, or other apps. All data sent between your phone and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Your KYC documents (ID, passport, selfie) are stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by our verification team. Once verified, your documents are archived for compliance purposes and never shared with third parties. Your account password is salted and hashed; we cannot see it even if we tried. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account Settings to require an SMS or email code each time you sign in from a new device.
